As the Warehouse Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and coordinating daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. - Leading and motivating a team to meet operational goals and deadlines. - Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accuracy in stock management. - Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. - Collaborating with other departments to optimize processes and resolve issues. - Providing guidance and training to team members to enhance performance.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need: - At least 2 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. - A proactive mindset with attention to detail. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active work environment.
