We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and patient-focused Certified Pedorthist to join our growing team in a senior clinical leadership role. This opportunity is suited to a highly experienced Certified Pedorthist looking to take the next step in their career.
This is not a traditional retail Pedorthic role. You will work closely alongside orthopaedic surgeons in a collaborative, clinical environment focused on lower limb care, surgical pathways, rehabilitation, and conservative management strategies.

About the Role
This role combines advanced clinical pedorthic care with leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting orthopaedic patient pathways and helping lead clinical operations within a growing and highly respected organization.
You will:
- Work collaboratively alongside orthopaedic surgeons and allied healthcare professionals
- Assist in conducting Rapid Access Assessments for orthopaedic surgical programs
- Support patients through both conservative and surgical treatment pathways
- Help mentor and support clinical team members
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with surgeons, clinic staff, and patients
- Participate in ongoing clinical education and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
- Help drive operational excellence and exceptional patient experiences
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a Certified Pedorthist in good standing
- Demonstrates advanced proficiency in custom orthotic assessment, biomechanical evaluation, and orthotic design principles.
- Confident in conducting AFO assessments, lower limb casting/scanning, and developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Experienced and comfortable with functional and post-operative knee brace assessments, fittings, and patient education.
- Can confidently conduct advanced pedorthic assessments in a manner that reflects our commitment to clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.
- Has significant clinical experience and strong leadership abilities
- Possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Is confident managing relationships with both patients and orthopaedic surgeons
- Has an understanding of foot and ankle orthopaedic surgery or an interest in learning
- Has a strong understanding of surgical decision-making
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
- Is naturally curious, proactive, and passionate about learning everything they can about the foot and ankle world
- Leads with professionalism, empathy, and initiative
