The Gary Moe Auto Group is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team!
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the connection between our customers and our Service Department. You’ll help ensure every customer receives friendly, professional service while keeping them informed throughout the repair and maintenance process.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional service experience.
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service and repair needs.
- Prepare and manage repair orders from vehicle drop-off through completion.
- Communicate recommended maintenance and repairs clearly and professionally.
- Provide customers with estimates, timelines, and regular updates on their vehicles.
- Coordinate with technicians, parts staff, and other departments to keep work moving efficiently.
- Review completed work and invoices with customers before vehicle pickup.
- Schedule service appointments and assist with follow-up communication.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Identify opportunities to recommend maintenance and services based on vehicle needs.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
- Help ensure the Service Department meets customer satisfaction and performance goals.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with computers and dealership management systems.
- Automotive knowledge or previous dealership/service experience is an asset.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a Service Advisor role is preferred.
- Valid driver’s licence.
