Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining environment. Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication and time management skills. The Server will play a vital role in delivering memorable dining experiences while supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders using POS systems, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages
- Manage multiple tables simultaneously with excellent time management skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction by attending to needs promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with food safety regulations
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to uphold food safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cashiering and order calculations
- Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays is preferable
- Great communication with kitchen staffs
