We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team on a contract basis. This is an on-demand position, with work assigned as jobs become available. Compensation is paid per job, not by the hour.
This role will start as part-time, with the potential to grow into full-time work as job volume increases.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience assessing and quoting jobs is a strong asset
- Drywall patching, mudding, sanding, and taping
- Interior and exterior painting
- Basic carpentry and general repairs
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Tile installation and repairs
- Ability to complete a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks
We're looking for a true jack-of-all-trades who takes pride in quality workmanship, works independently, and provides excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Own basic tools
- Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
