Position Summary:
The Warehouse Associate position will be responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations by receiving, processing, and storing inventory, fulfilling orders, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and load orders for outbound shipments
- Process and store inbound stock
- Collaborate in packing boxes, wrapping, and labeling pallets for shipping
- Utilize warehouse machinery to prepare orders by pulling materials
- Collaborate with inventory control to maintain bin location accuracy
- Uphold organization standards to provide quality service
- Comply with company procedures, rules, and regulations to promote a clean, organized and safe work environment
- Contribute to the team’s effort by completing reports and achieving related results
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school education and/or training certification, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of order picker equipment operation experience
- Forklift experience (Preferred)
- Strong teamwork, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to adaptable/flexible with tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to remain mobile for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach for items at various levels and heights
- Manual dexterity to handle and manipulate items, operate warehouse equipment, and perform tasks that require precise movements
- Physical agility to navigate aisles, climb ladders, and maneuver spaces

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
