Busy manufacturing facility in Kingsville is in need of Machine Operators STARTING ASAP and running until approximately October 1st. Must be flexible with shift availability -
Compensation & Schedule
· Wage:
$24.86/hour (on the day shift)
· 8-hour shifts
· Day shift (currently)
· Standard work week of 40 hours; overtime and additional hours may be required based on production requirements.
· Flexibility to work other shifts may be required
· Work Location: Kingsville, Ontario (In Person)
Key Responsibilities
· Operate grinding, shot peening, presses and other equipment
· Perform basic machine setup and adjustments.
· Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met.
· Use measuring tools such as gauges, calipers and micrometers.
· Complete production documentation.
· Maintain a clean and safe work area.
· Follow all company safety, quality and environmental procedures.
· This position may include other duties as required.
Qualifications
· Manufacturing experience preferred.
· Mechanical aptitude.
· Ability to perform the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment.
· Ability to read measuring devices (micrometers/verniers) is an asset.
· Reliable transportation.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: $24.86 per hour
