Cruze Auto Sales Inc. is growing and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who understands the car business, values customer service, and knows how to close deals the right way.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers through the full vehicle purchase process
- Present and sell used vehicles (SUVs, sedans, and pickup trucks)
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat/referral business
- Handle test drives, negotiations, and paperwork professionally
- Follow OMVIC regulations and dealership policies at all times
- Work with management to hit sales targets and monthly goals
Requirements (Must Have):
- Valid OMVIC Salesperson License (required)
- Previous automotive sales experience (required)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
Compensation:
- Base pay + commission
