We're lookinmg for a fast paced, results driven QC based individual with passion and knowledge for the beverage industry. This position requires you to be organized, motivated, and focused on the bigger picture for an overall provincial goal. Potential candidates would have competitive team spirit, genuine thirst for winning and a desire to work cross-functionally with all sales and marketing. The successful candidate should have level 2 or higher from an accredited wine course, experience in selling wine and the ability to self-manage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Accountable for sales results and targets in the designated territory
§ Demonstrate fiscal responsibility while managing business expenses and A+P dollars
§ Adhere to a master route ensuring effective and timely account visits daily
§ Aide in festivals, supplier/account dinners
§ Host fine wine events with suppliers and key customers
§ Act as an ambassador for all Select Wine brands
§ Ability to analyze statistics with strong business acumen and utilize findings to maximize sales approach
Position Requirements:
§ Self starter and highly motivated
§ Valid QC Serving it Right Certificate
§ Valid Smart Serve Certificate
§ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
§ Ability to analyze and interpret data
§ Strong planning and organizational skills
§ Excellent oral and written skills
§ Valid QC drivers license
§ Possess a dependable and insured vehicle
§ Ability to lift/carry 40lbs regularly
§ Evening/weekend availability when required
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
