Davis GMC Buick in Lethbridge is looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team! In this role, you will regularly communicate with callers and greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner by answering incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department/person. Other duties in this role will be to organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and perform general administrative tasks as required.
This is a part-time position offering 20-30 hours per week, Monday through Friday (no weekends)
Experience & Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in customer service or administration

Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer interactions are professional and friendly

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and written documentation

Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

High school diploma
