Job Requirements:
- Ability to safely operate a moulder machine.
- Math and ability to work with numbers and measures for elevation drawings and blue prints.
- Accurately read and follow production paperwork.
- Keeping work station clean and organized.
- Following all safety practices relating to operation of equipment and work processes.
- Follow company policies put in place.
- Regular attendance is a must
Skills and Experience:
- Hard working and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management with a sense of urgency.
- Maintain and improve quality standards, looking for constant improvement.
- Always looking for ways to improve efficiencies, reduction of overtime hours and costs.
- Ability to read and follow instructions with a focus on “doing it right” the first time.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn additional skills and complete other duties as assigned.
- 3 yeas of Moulder Operator experience.
- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Continuing education and experience related to door assembly, carpentry or wood working skills are an asset
