Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to enforcing security protocols.
Duties
- Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to ensure safety and security.
- Operate and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring all footage is recorded accurately.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service to visitors.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, observations, and activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns.
Experience
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, is a plus.
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and strategies is beneficial.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and the public.
