Job Summary
The Pot House is hiring a dedicated and customer-focused Restaurant Crew Member to join our team. In this role, you will support daily restaurant operations by assisting with food preparation, serving guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, and enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments using the POS system.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations.
- Restock food items, beverages, utensils, and restaurant supplies.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Assist kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
- Support opening, closing, and daily restaurant operations.
- Resolve basic customer inquiries in a courteous manner.
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
