About Icy Bar
Icy Bar is a family-owned dessert shop that has been serving the community since 1996. We're a fast-paced shop serving shaved ice, bubble tea, sweet toasts, snacks, and desserts. We believe in working hard, helping each other out, and treating customers with respect. We're currently seeking for a front of house staff, please see below for responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately.
- Prepare drinks, desserts, and food items according to recipes and standards.
- Package dine-in, takeout, and delivery orders.
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and workstations clean and stocked.
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining accuracy.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Complete opening, closing, and daily cleaning tasks.

- Previous restaurant, café, or customer service experience is an asset
