● valid Manitoba pharmacist license in good standing
● strong communication and customer service skills
● ability to work independently and problem solve
● Good clinical skills
● Strong time-management and organizational skills
● Familiarity with the College QI program

● Oversee dispensary operations and staff
● Communicate effectively with customers relating to queries and issues

● Provide counselling as per pharmacy regulations
