THE POSITION
ATTA Elevators is seeking a qualified individual to join our team located at the Calgary office. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager. The Warehouse & Delivery Associate’s primary responsibility will be to support field operations by ensuring materials, parts, and equipment are received, organized, and delivered accurately and on time. Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Core Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials
· Maintain accurate inventory levels and proactively flag shortages
· Pick and stage materials for service calls, repairs, and projects
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Day-to-Day Activities:
· Deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites across Calgary and surrounding areas
· Coordinate with technicians, supervisors, and operations staff on urgent material needs
· Support field teams by anticipating material requirements
· Manage returns, damaged goods, and warranty items
· Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
· Ensure delivery accuracy and timeliness
· Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and upkeep
· Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
· Follow all safety policies and procedures
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS
· Strong work ethic and reliability
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
· Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs.
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Warehouse or trades experience is an asset
· Forklift certification
· Valid first aid
