Terminal Forest Products Ltd, a lumber manufacturing business, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Export Sales Manager to join their team.
The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our export sales to customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a deep understanding of the lumber products market, particularly in the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.
Responsibilities:
· Plan, direct, and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand market presence in the EMEA region and drive revenue growth.
· Establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities for product development and market expansion.
· Oversee the complete sales cycle including lead generation, client presentations, contract negotiations, and closing deals.
· Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure effective sales operations.
· Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management
· Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to promote products and identify new business opportunities.
· Ensure adherence to all applicable export regulations and compliance procedures.
Requirements:
- University degree or College Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in lumber products industry with a proven track record of achieving sales targets an asset
- Familiarity with different lumber products an asset
- Familiarity with export regulations and procedures an asset
Details:
· Full-time, 40 hours per week
· 3 years contract
· Annual salary $150,000
