What You'll Be Doing:
- Review and process daily orders
- Verify shipping details and coordinate shipments
- Prepare shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips)
- Obtain and compare freight quotes
- Schedule pickups and deliveries with warehouses and carriers
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Maintain accurate order and inventory records
What You Bring:
We’re looking for someone who is reliable and takes ownership of their responsibilities. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you do need the right mindset.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, especially when dealing with customers and carriers
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple orders & high volume of phone call without dropping the ball
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel is required
A plus if you have:
- Working knowledge of Shopify E commence platform, Fishbowl or other cargo management software
- Experience in logistics coordination, shipping, or a similar operational role
- Proficiency in French is a plus

Work Schedule | Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm | Onsite
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
