Live-in Childcare Provider ($20–$24/hour) – Vancouver, BC
Dream Nannies & Caregivers is recruiting on behalf of a warm and welcoming professional family in Vancouver seeking a responsible, reliable, and trustworthy Live-in Childcare Provider. The family has three children, ages 6 years, 3 years, and 9 months, and is looking for someone who will become a positive and steady presence in their daily routine.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of childcare experience with verifiable references in Canada
- Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record (family vehicle provided)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada and currently residing in Greater Vancouver
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment
- Experience caring for infants and young children
- Experience working with neurodivergent children is an asset
Position Details
- Live-in position
- 30–40 hours per week
- Primarily weekdays
- Occasional overtime and weekend hours may be required
- Some split shifts may be required
- Wage: $20–$24 per hour to start, with a wage review after one year
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care for three children
- Plan age-appropriate activities, outings, crafts, and educational play
- Support the children's daily routines and development
- Transport children to activities using the family vehicle
- Light housekeeping related to the children and household

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
