Senior Marketing & Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects aligned with organizational goals, utilizing methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and Kanban.
- Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion and quality standards are met.
- Manage cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, product development, and vendor partners to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation using tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Primavera P6, SharePoint, and Project Server.
- Conduct requirements gathering and requirements management to define project deliverables clearly.
- Implement change management strategies to adapt project plans in response to evolving business needs.
- Monitor risk management processes to identify potential issues early and develop mitigation plans.
- Lead vendor negotiations and manage vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.
- Utilize data analysis skills for project reporting and decision-making; leverage tools such as SAS and Visio for visualization and analysis.
- Drive product management initiatives including product development lifecycle management using platforms like Salesforce and Workday.
- Ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout project execution with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders through presentations and status updates; facilitate organizational change through strong leadership.
Skills
- Extensive experience with project management methodologies including PMBOK, Agile (Scrum), SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Primavera P6, SharePoint, ServiceNow.
- Strong leadership capabilities with supervising experience in managing teams across multiple projects.

- Knowledge of IT project management practices including ERP systems integration and requirements gathering.
- Familiarity with data collection and analysis tools like SAS; ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic insights.

We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and experienced Senior Marketing & Project Manager who can take full ownership of marketing, branding, website management, digital growth, and project coordination.
## Role Overview
This role is for someone who can manage everything related to marketing and execution from start to finish. You will work directly with ownership and coordinate with our India-based development, design, production, and creative teams.
We need a professional person in Vancouver who can lead projects, manage timelines, handle vendors, improve systems, and make sure all marketing work is completed properly and on time.
## Key Responsibilities
### Marketing & Growth
- Create and execute marketing strategies for all company brands.
- Manage social media planning, content calendars, campaigns, and brand messaging.
- Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Plan and coordinate photo shoots, video shoots, reels, graphics, and promotional content.
- Manage influencer outreach, partnerships, PR, events, and local collaborations.
### Website & Digital Management
- Manage website updates, landing pages, product uploads, promotions, and online campaigns.
- Coordinate with web developers, designers, and digital teams.
- Improve website performance, user experience, SEO, and conversion rates.
- Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for better traffic and sales.
### Project Management
- Manage multiple projects across different brands.
- Assign tasks to internal and external teams.
- Follow up daily on deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and execution.
- Build proper systems, checklists, workflows, and reporting processes.
- Ensure no project is delayed, missed, or poorly executed.
### Brand & Business Development
- Support new brand launches and business expansion.
- Help create marketing plans, presentations, proposals, and campaign ideas.
- Research competitors, trends, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
- Work closely with ownership to turn ideas into proper execution.
## Ideal Candidate
The right candidate must be responsible, professional, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative without needing constant supervision.

## Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, project management, digital marketing, or brand management.
- Strong knowledge of social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, websites, and content marketing.
- Experience managing developers, designers, agencies, freelancers, and creative teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects at the same time.
- Must be based in or near Vancouver, BC.
## Preferred Experience
- Fashion, luxury, retail, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience.
- Shopify, WordPress, Webflow, or e-commerce platforms.
- Google Analytics, CRM tools, email marketing platforms.
- ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar project management tools.
- Experience building systems for growing companies.
