VDK Group Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Production Associate to join our growing team. This hands-on position is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, assembly, and finishing of our premium windows. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, teamwork, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the assembly, fabrication, and finishing of windows according to company specifications and quality standards
- Operate basic hand tools and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Prepare, measure, and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and product integrity
- Follow daily production schedules and meet established targets
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Support senior production staff and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Report equipment issues or production challenges promptly to supervisors
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment is an asset (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively

- Physical ability to lift, move, and handle materials and products as required

Day Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM
