KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Lead and support pharmacy staff and technicians
- Deliver high-quality patient counselling and clinical services
- Ensure compliance with professional and regulatory standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational efficiency
- Build strong relationships with patients, physicians, and community partners
- Support the continued growth of clinical and pharmacy services
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license a must
- Superior customer relations skills and a strong sense of professionalism
- Excellent leadership and performance management skills required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60.00-$110.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Duncan, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
