Job Summary

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure top cleanliness standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational spaces by sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting.
- Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability for guests and staff.
- Follow established safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations to create a safe environment for guests and team members.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high standards of hygiene.
Requirements
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred, especially in commercial or hospitality settings.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and the proper use of cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Good physical stamina; ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends as required.
