The Role
As the Director of Business Development, you will be the primary engine for Zainith Agency’s growth in US markets. This is a full-cycle sales role requiring a blend of strategic prospecting and high-stakes closing. You will be responsible for identifying high-potential eCommerce brands and guiding them through the value proposition of social commerce and TikTok Shop dominance.
Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales funnel, from initial cold outreach and lead generation to final contract negotiation and closing.
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify brand partners that align with Zainith’s core competencies in TikTok Shop and paid media.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls and presentations that articulate how our tailored digital marketing and affiliate curation strategies solve specific brand pain points.
- Market Expansion: Act as the lead representative for Zainith Agency within the US, identifying regional trends and opportunities for social commerce growth.
- Pipeline Reporting: Maintain an organized CRM and provide regular updates on outreach volume, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the digital marketing, SaaS, or eCommerce sectors.
- Social Commerce Fluency: A deep understanding of the TikTok Shop ecosystem, affiliate marketing, and the current landscape of paid advertising.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: The ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of discipline and "hunter" energy.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to converse with C-suite executives at high-revenue brands.
Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: $74,000 – $84,000 USD (commensurate with experience)
- Commission: Competitive performance-based structure with no cap on earnings
