Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met with exceptional service.
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to client requirements.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular, structured communications and in-person or virtual meetings.
- Proactively identify and seize new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Collaborate with our creative team to align on and deliver effective advertising solutions, including videos, graphics, and static ads.
- Prepare detailed reports on account status, digital advertising performance, and ongoing campaigns to keep clients informed and engaged.
- Partner with the sales team to devise strategies that convert prospects into new clients.
- Continuously generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies for client portfolios.
- Draft client proposals and marketing strategies, and oversee project timelines and deliverables.
- Manage social media strategies, content creation, and overall marketing plans for clients.
- Contribute to team leadership by assisting in the development of training materials and mentoring new team members.

- You are highly motivated, with a proven track record of fostering strong customer relationships and expanding business territories.
- Education in Marketing is an Asset
- Your communication skills are top-notch, ensuring clarity, timeliness, and effectiveness in all interactions.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- You must have 2-3 Years Experience in an account manager or coordinator role at agency.
