Little Sister Portland St is a fun, fast paced cocktail & food bar looking for a full time server with bartending experience experience! We have 3 bars over three floors so lots of room to grow and expand your knowledge. We are 85% cocktail driven business with some wine and beer sales, but expect a high volume cocktail environment with attention to consistency and speed.

Expectations:
- Work 4-5 shifts per week either on the bar or serving
- Be professional and courteous at all times while maintaining the Little Sister standard
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness through nightly cleaning processes
- Stay focused on guest experience at all times!
-This is a high volume cocktail bar, which is different than a nightclub position. We are making cocktails 90% of the time, and very few highballs and shot.. so round building, finding efficiencies, staying prepared and having a good physical endurance is vital to your success.. there is very little standing around or time to pause..
Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of serving and bartending experience in a fast paced high volume cocktail environment. You will be selling food across the bar.
Excellent knowledge of spirits, cocktails, & wine plus a desire to expand your knowledge
Positive can-do attitude!
Ability to multi-task & work in a fast paced environment
Strong organization & attention to detail
