Journeyperson Electrician
Brightside Electric Ltd. is growing and looking for an experienced Journeyperson Electrician to join our team.
We are seeking a skilled, motivated professional who can confidently lead projects independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a professional approach when working with clients, contractors, and coworkers are essential.
About Us
Brightside Electric is a close-knit team specializing primarily in residential electrical work alongside custom home builders. Our projects include:
- Custom home construction
- Renovations and additions
- Service upgrades
- Home automation systems
- Home theatre installations
- Networking and low-voltage systems
- Pool and hot tub electrical installations
- Select light commercial projects
We take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and are looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence, attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism.
Qualifications
Required:
- Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician certification
- Residential wiring experience
- Strong knowledge of the current Canadian Electrical Code
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively
Assets:
- Experience with home automation systems
- Networking and low-voltage wiring experience
- Experience working on custom residential projects
