AutoShack is hiring a Retail Store Manager for one of our AutoShack at Rona+ locations.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to take ownership of a store, build a strong team, and deliver consistent results. You will lead from the floor, set the standard for execution, and be responsible for day-to-day store performance.
This position is best suited for an experienced retail leader looking for a stable, long-term role with the opportunity to grow through performance, leadership, and sustained success.
What You’ll Do
This role is approximately 65% customer service, sales leadership, and team engagement and 35% inventory, operations, and store control.
Customer Service, Sales & Team Leadership (65%)
- Lead customer interactions in-store and over the phone
- Set the standard for customer service, product knowledge, and sales execution
- Coach and develop Assistant Managers and Associates
- Drive results across sales, warranty attachment, customer satisfaction, and return rate control
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and decisively
- Maintain a visible leadership presence on the sales floor
Inventory, Operations & Store Control (35%)
- Oversee inventory accuracy, stock organization, and receiving
- Ensure timely processing of returns, transfers, and stock orders
- Maintain a clean, organized, and operationally sound store
- Monitor processes to reduce errors, returns, and inefficiencies
- Manage labour and payroll discipline within target
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of retail management experience
- Strong leadership, coaching, and accountability skills
- Experience managing store-level performance and operational standards
- Hands-on leader who leads from the floor, not from the office
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable operating independently

Assets
- Experience in a multi-location retail environment

Compensation
This position includes a base salary plus monthly commission.
Managers participate in the monthly commission plan based on key store performance metrics, including:
- Average Order Value
- Extended Warranty Sales
- Return Rate
- Calls Answered / Declined
- Customer Satisfaction
- Inventory Compliance
- Store Sales Target Performance
- Payroll Efficiency
Monthly commission typically ranges from approximately $300 to $500 on the low end, with strong-performing stores capable of generating $2,700+ per month.
