As a Shift Supervisor at Tim Hortons, your top priority is guest satisfaction!
Our Shift Supervisors are an important part of our restaurant leadership team. You will be responsible for the daily operations and well-being of our restaurant. You will be responsible for meeting shift targets and achieving sales transaction goals. You work alongside and report to our management team to provide direction and training required on each shift. You will be an expert in all Tim Hortons operating policies and procedures.
You will oversee and manage a fast-paced operation, provide excellent guest satisfaction and leadership to our team.
You must be available to work all shifts - Opens, Midday and Closing Shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to all team members.
- Effective Cash handling as needed, including setting up cash register(s) and monitoring deposits
- Perform walk-through’s to ensure the restaurant is ready to open/close and/or rush-ready.
- Work with Management to train, develop and communicate with team members in a way that maximizes retention.
- Supervise, coordinate and delegate the execution of operations tasks and ensure compliance with all Company policies.
- Assist the Restaurant Management team in maintaining proper coverage of team member schedules to ensure all needs in the restaurant are met

REQUIREMENTS
- Tim Hortons experience an asset
- Must be able to lift 25 lbs
- Previous supervisory experience in Quick Service
- Friendly and outgoing
- Team oriented
- Flexible schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
