What This Role Looks Like
This is a hands-on line cook position where you will often:
- Run the line independently
- Handle both cooking and prep
- Stay organized and manage your time effectively
- Work through busy services with focus and consistency
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, steady, and takes ownership of their role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Cooking quality food, even during busy shifts
- Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
- Managing prep and service efficiently
- Working with the team to keep service running smoothly
- Taking pride in the food you send out
