Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Centre Supervisor to lead and oversee our early childhood education programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children, particularly those with disabilities, and possess experience in classroom management and caregiving. As a Centre Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports the developmental needs of all children. Clinical Oversight
- Support implementation of individualized ABA programming
- Monitor client progress and treatment integrity
- Assist with behaviour plan implementation and troubleshooting
- Conduct observations and provide feedback to therapists
- Ensure accurate and consistent data collection
- Collaborate with clinical team regarding client goals and progress
- Support crisis management and behaviour escalation situations when needed
- Maintain ethical and professional ABA practices
Staff Supervision & Support
- Supervise therapists and instructors within the centre
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and ongoing support to staff
- Assist with onboarding and training new employees
- Monitor staff performance and professionalism
- Promote consistency in programming and procedures
- Support staff problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
Operational Responsibilities
- Assist with centre coverage
- Ensure therapy spaces are organized, safe, and prepared
- Maintain centre routines, systems, and procedures
- Support communication between staff, supervisors, and families
- Monitor materials, supplies, and program resources
Family Communication
- Maintain professional and positive communication with caregivers
- Support parent questions and concerns within scope of role
- Provide updates regarding client progress as directed by clinical team
- Help maintain a welcoming and supportive environment for families
Administrative Duties
- Complete required documentation and reports
- Maintain confidentiality and client records
- Ensure staff compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Support quality assurance initiatives and centre organization
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Child & Youth Care, or related field
- Experience working in ABA or autism services
- Experience supervising or mentoring staff preferred
- Strong understanding of ABA principles and behaviour management strategies
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced situations

Pay: $35.00-$41.50 per hour
