General Manager – Multi-Concept Hospitality Group
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee and help scale a growing group of unique food and beverage concepts operating in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
This is not a corporate chain role.
Our company operates several distinct hospitality concepts — each with its own personality, operational rhythm, customer base, and service style. The right candidate understands how to adapt leadership styles between concepts while still building strong systems, accountability, culture, and operational consistency across all locations.
This role is for a builder.
We are looking for someone who has already operated in complex, multi-unit hospitality environments and understands the realities of high-volume food & beverage operations, seasonal fluctuations, staffing challenges, and leading managers through busy service environments.
The successful candidate will become a key operational partner to ownership and play a major role in helping shape the future structure of the company as it continues to grow.
What This Role Actually Looks Like
This is a working leadership role.
In the early stages, the General Manager is expected to be highly involved on-site across all concepts:
- Learning each operation from the ground up
- Building relationships with managers and teams
- Identifying operational weaknesses
- Improving systems and accountability
- Coaching leaders in real time
- Being physically present during busy periods, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
This is not a desk-only management position.
The ideal candidate understands hospitality at every level and is comfortable stepping into operations when needed while still maintaining a high-level strategic view of the business.

Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple hospitality concepts
- Ensure standards are consistently executed across all locations
- Improve systems, communication, workflows, and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong labour management and scheduling oversight
- Ensure managers are actively leading teams rather than simply supervising shifts
- Monitor service flow, cleanliness, hospitality standards, and operational execution
Financial & Business Performance
- Understand and manage labour targets, food costs, inventory controls, and operational KPIs
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Support sales-driving initiatives and operational profitability
- Assist ownership in scaling systems as the company grows
Growth & Company Development
- Help identify operational gaps within the organization
- Assist in developing future departments and leadership structures
- Contribute to the long-term operational vision of the company
- Bring ideas, initiative, and solutions — not just maintenance
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience overseeing multiple hospitality or food & beverage locations
- Understands the pressure and pace of seasonal hospitality businesses
- Is highly adaptable and thrives in changing environments
- Is operationally strong but also people-focused
- Can lead with both accountability and empathy
- Is comfortable working weekends, holidays, and peak hospitality periods
- Does not need constant direction and takes ownership naturally
- Is energetic, mobile, organized, and highly responsive
- Understands that hospitality is built through leadership, coaching, and culture — not just policies
Most importantly, this role is for someone who genuinely enjoys building.
