Overview
We are seeking a versatile and driven Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of construction and real estate initiatives. This role requires a hands-on professional who is equally comfortable on-site, in meetings with stakeholders, and managing systems and reporting in an office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage construction-related projects from planning through execution.
- Liaise with real estate agents, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress and communicate with tradespeople and contractors.
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and project milestones are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and internal systems.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve project challenges.
- Support communication between office and field operations.
- Maintain clear and consistent project communication across all stakeholders (internal teams, agents, trades, consultants).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in project execution and reporting systems.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring alignment with timelines and key milestones.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on cost variances.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within construction or real estate development.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders (agents, trades, consultants).
- Comfortable using project management tools, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to balance fieldwork and office-based responsibilities.
- Experience working with real estate transactions or property development.
- Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and contract coordination.
- Tech-savvy with experience in project tracking/reporting software.
