Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and professional Male Bouncer to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and staff. The successful candidate will monitor entry points, verify identification, manage crowds, enforce venue policies, and respond appropriately to security incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control access to the venue and check guest identification.
- Monitor guest behavior and enforce venue rules.
- Manage queues and crowd flow during busy periods.
- De-escalate conflicts and handle disruptive situations professionally.
- Remove unauthorized or unruly individuals when necessary and in accordance with company policies and local laws.
- Conduct routine security patrols and report incidents.
- Coordinate with management, staff, and emergency services when required.
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter misconduct.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Strong presence and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous experience in security, crowd management, or hospitality security preferred.
- Valid security license/certification (if required by local regulations).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in nightclubs, bars, concerts, or event venues.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Training in conflict management and de-escalation.
