Opulence Global is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our Corporate Operations team. This role serves as a product expert and primary point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries, providing exceptional support while maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and able to confidently navigate product knowledge, customer concerns, and administrative processes in a professional corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Become a product expert across all Opulence Global product lines
- Respond to customer and distributor inquiries via phone, email, and support systems
- Provide product information and usage guidance based on company training
- Handle customer concerns, product issues, returns, exchanges, and escalations
- Process and maintain accurate customer records and data entry
- Investigate and resolve order, shipping, and product-related inquiries
- Coordinate with Operations, Shipping, Accounting, and Management teams
- Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Support ongoing process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- Completed college diploma or university degree required
- Business, Administration, Communications, Customer Service, Health Sciences, or related education preferred
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanour suitable for a corporate environment
- Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge quickly

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Saturday: 10 am - 4 pm
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
