We are a well-established, patient-focused dental practice located in the heart of Downtown Toronto, just steps from Union Station. Our office has built a strong reputation for providing exceptional dental care and outstanding patient experiences. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental hygiene assessments
- Provide scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and oral hygiene instruction
- Take and interpret radiographs as required
- Educate patients on preventive oral health care and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records
- Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to deliver exceptional patient care
- Adhere to all infection prevention and sterilization protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of dental hygiene experience preferred
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
- Experience with Dentrix is considered an asset
