- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
- Upsell hair care products and retail items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in/out clients, and answering inquiries
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent communication skills and personalized service
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and salon products to offer innovative services

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
- Expertise in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and treatments
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a salon environment
- Ability to upsell retail products effectively without being pushy
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and team members
- Experience in retail sales to promote salon products and services
