We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our retail team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and providing exceptional service to enhance theirexperience. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits to encourage sales
- Provide knowledgeable advice on technology products and accessories
- Perform merchandising duties to ensure attractive product displays and organized shelves
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments
- Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage customer inquiries via phone or in person with professional phone etiquette
- Maintain organized inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed
- Ensure a clean and welcoming store environment at all times
- Assist with basic cashiering duties, including processing returns or exchanges
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially in technology or product demos, is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Excellent organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail operations is advantageous
- Must have access to transportation and Drivers License

Pay: $40,000.00-$147,296.28 per year
