What You'll Be Doing
You'll become a trusted technical resource for our customers, helping them select, deploy, and support professional AV solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical guidance and sales support to dealers and system integrators.
- Responding to customer inquiries by phone, Teams, Zoom, and email.
- Preparing quotations, product recommendations, and complete AV solutions.
- Conducting product demonstrations and customer training.
- Building long-term customer relationships through regular follow-ups and monthly or bi-monthly customer visits.
- Supporting new product launches and marketing initiatives.
- Representing ADI Pro at trade shows and industry events.
- Staying current on the latest AV, broadcast, and streaming technologies.

We're seeking candidates with at least 2 years of experience in areas such as
- Professional AV
- Broadcast
- Streaming
- Systems Integration
- Technical support
- Technical sales
- Technology distribution
Expertise with most of the following technologies is necessary:
- HDMI
- SDI / 12G-SDI
- NDI / NDI|HX
- SRT
- RTMP
- PTZ cameras
- Video switchers
- Streaming systems
- IP networking
- OBS Studio
- vMix
A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicule is is required (to visit customers).

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
