Position Overview:
As an Landscape technincian, entry level or with experience you will have the opportunity to learn valuable skills and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of landscaping. A drivers license is required as a you will have use of a company truck.
For entry level no prior experience is required and pay will reflect that- we provide comprehensive training to all new hires. You will work alongside experienced professionals, assisting with tasks such as paver installation, retaining wall construction, irrigation system maintenance, and more.
For experience landscapers, pay will reflect your experience in each of the categories above.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with various landscaping tasks under the guidance of experienced team members
Learn and apply proper techniques for laying pavers, building retaining walls, and managing irrigation systems
Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks as needed
Irrigation experience an asset but not required
Drivers Abstract and Criminal Record check.
Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation, with starting pay at $20 per hour + depending on skill level and experience. In addition to valuable on-the-job training and opportunities for growth, you'll enjoy the satisfaction of being part of a team that takes pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
We offer company benefit plan after 90 days and optional overtime as well.
Monday - Friday 7:30-3:30 including paid lunches, with flexible schedule for upcoming summer and time off. Optional overtime for weekends. Bonuses based on completion of jobs and timelines.
