We are currently looking for a Electric Vehicule Technician.
- Participate in the design of a 100% electric vehicle and in prototype testing and validation activities
- Perform diesel-to-electric vehicle conversions by installing components according to engineering drawings and specifications while adhering to established safety standards
- Support the diesel vehicle assembly team, propose process improvements, and assist with electrical work as required
- Provide technical support at mining sites and deliver training when needed
- Ensure compliance of assembly drawings and customer-specific configurations
- Participate in updating electrical drawings and documentation
- Recommend improvements aimed at reducing assembly time and increasing efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies, procedures, and safe work practices
- Complete all required reports and documentation

- A Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Electrical Engineering Technology, and/or a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Electromechanics, and/or a recognized training program in electric vehicle technology
- Strong automotive electromechanical skills
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (an asset)
- Knowledge of electric vehicles (an asset)
- Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and electrical wiring and assembly schematics
