Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Representative to join our team in a new Padel facility. This is a temporary position 6-8 months with the potential of renewal. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. Bilingual candidates, are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our programs/lessons and other services to assist customers effectively booking courts.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service delivery and customer experience.
- Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Ability to analyze situations quickly and effectively while maintaining a calm demeanour under pressure.
- Smart Serve Ontario required
- Proficient in using POS Systems and computer systems software for data entry and communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
