Crew Helper - Concrete Coatings | Kelowna, BC
$20-$25/hr based on experience | Learn a skilled trade with room to grow
Full-time | Monday-Friday + occasional Saturdays | Local work only, home every night | One position available
We're looking for one hardworking Crew Helper to join our installation team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, wants to learn a specialized trade, and takes pride in producing high quality work. Previous epoxy experience is an asset, but it is not required. We'll teach the right person our systems from the ground up.
We install premium epoxy and polyaspartic concrete coating systems for homeowners throughout Kelowna and the Okanagan. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and treating every customer's home with respect.
What you'll be doing
As a Crew Helper, you'll work alongside experienced installers assisting with every stage of the installation process, including:
- Preparing concrete through grinding and surface cleaning
- Assisting with crack repairs and concrete preparation
- Mixing materials and preparing products for application
- Broadcasting decorative flake systems
- Scraping, vacuuming, masking, and site preparation
- Cleaning and organizing tools and equipment throughout the day
- Loading and unloading materials
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite
- Communicating professionally with homeowners when required
Every day is hands-on. You'll be on your feet, lifting materials, working with power tools, and learning a skilled trade that offers long-term career opportunities.
Who we're looking for
You don't need years of epoxy experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Shows up on time every day
- Works hard without being asked repeatedly
- Takes pride in doing quality work
- Pays attention to detail
- Learns quickly and accepts coaching well
- Works well as part of a team
- Is physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on their feet all day
- Has a valid Canadian driver's license (preferred)
- Is legally eligible to work in Canada
Experience in construction, painting, flooring, concrete, landscaping, renovations, or general labour is considered an asset, but is not required.

Pay is based on the experience and work ethic you demonstrate.

As your skills grow, your pay grows. Our goal is to develop great installers from within, and there is a clear path toward becoming a Lead Installer.
