Job Summary
To provide financial, administrative, and clerical services. Duties include ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue and posting receipts.
Responsibilities
- Track RMA’s (return material authorization) and issue credit for sales returns
- Process intercompany billing and reconcile intercompany balances
- Prepare bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Process customer sales invoices and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Education, experience, skills
- BS or Associates degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Relevant AR experience in a fast-paced environment
- CGA/CMA Second-level
- Knowledge of accounting and mathematics procedures and regulations is an asset.
- Must have strong computer knowledge.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
