Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced restaurant environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; we value a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.

Pay: $17.60-$18.60 per hour
