Looking for a friendly and reliable person to join our team. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling cash, stocking shelves, and maintaining store cleanliness. Retail experience is preferred but not required. Flexible shifts available.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding and interest
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product restocking
- Use effective phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls
- Support team efforts in achieving sales goals through collaborative work and effective time management
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with technology sales, product demos, or technical sales is a plus
- Bilingual skills (English plus another language) are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base
- Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations are necessary
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively are essential for success in this role
- Experience with merchandising, cashiering, or retail sales systems will be advantageous
Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour
