Responsibilities include maintaining exceptional store standards, restocking and organizing displays, receiving and processing shipments, labeling inventory, assisting with merchandising, and delivering warm, genuine customer experiences.
We’re looking for someone mature, dependable, and detail oriented, with prior retail experience preferred. Weekday availability is essential with the flexibility for some weekends. Candidates should present a polished, professional appearance that reflects our boutique brand. Compensation begins at $20 per hour based on experience. Duties
- Maintain exceptional store standards, ensuring the boutique is clean, organized, and beautifully presented at all times.
- Restock and organize merchandise displays with strong attention to detail
- Receive, unpack, label, and process incoming shipments accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and maintaining accurate levels
- Support visual merchandising to create an inspiring and inviting shopping environment.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while also able to work collaboratively as part of a team supporting day-to-day operations.
- Comfortable using computers and retail software, and willing to learn new programs confidently
- Deliver warm, genuine, and elevated customer service creating memorable shopping experiences that align with the Seasons standard of thoughtful, elevated customer care
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years retail experience, preferably in a boutique or customer-focused retail environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable shopping experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
- Comfortable working independently while also contributing positively as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and respectful approach.
- Computer literate, including confidence using POS systems, inventory software, email, and able to learn new retail programs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Presents a polished, professional appearance that reflects the Seasons Home and Gift brand.
- Reliable weekday availability is essential, with flexibility to work occasional weekends.
- Values teamwork, accountability, and supporting fellow team members to ensure the store operates smoothly each day.
