- ラーメンをはじめとする料理やドリンクを、提供基準に沿って迅速にご提供します。
- 必要に応じて、簡単な調理補助や盛り付けなどキッチン業務をサポートします。
- 食品衛生・安全基準を遵守し、適切な食品の取り扱いを行います。
- テーブルの片付けやセッティングなど、店内を清潔で快適な状態に保ちます。
- キッチンスタッフと連携し、お料理をスムーズに提供できるよう協力します。
- お客様からのお問い合わせやご要望に丁寧に対応し、ご満足いただけるサービスを提供します。
- 店舗の衛生管理および運営ルールを遵守します。

- 飲食店・レストラン・キッチンでの勤務経験がある方歓迎（未経験の方もご応募いただけます）。
- おもてなしの心を大切にし、お客様に寄り添った接客ができる方。
- 調理補助や盛り付けなどの基本的な業務に興味がある方。
- 食品衛生や安全管理に関する意識をお持ちの方。

Job Summary
JINYA RAMEN BAR is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused ラーメンサーバー (ramen servers) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing exceptional food service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about Japanese cuisine, skilled in food handling, and dedicated to delivering an outstanding dining experience. This position offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant environment where teamwork and hospitality are valued.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are accommodated
- Serve ramen and other menu items promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Assist with food preparation and meal assembly as needed to support kitchen operations
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction
- Uphold restaurant policies and standards related to food safety and hygiene
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment preferred but not required
- Strong serving skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and meal presentation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and eagerness to learn about ramen culture
