Three Step Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Capstan station, Richmond opening in August, 2026
We're looking for someone who loves people, wellness, and social media to help us create an exceptional client experience while growing our online community.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and professional studio experience while supporting the daily operations of our boutique Pilates studio.
We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and has an eye for social media content and branding.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service from check-in to departure.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages professionally.
- Schedule appointments and manage bookings through Arketa.
- Maintain client records and studio databases accurately.
- Process payments and assist with memberships and retail sales.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks.
- Support studio events, workshops, and special promotions.
- Capture photos and short videos around the studio for social media.
- Assist with creating Instagram content including Stories, Reels, and posts.
- Help maintain a consistent and premium brand image across social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the team on marketing ideas and community engagement.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional, positive, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online booking software.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is an asset.
- Experience managing or creating content for Instagram or other social media platforms is highly preferred.
- Basic photography and video editing skills are a plus.
- Passion for health, wellness, fitness, or Pilates.
- Willingness to learn and grow with our studio.
