Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Operator to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical distribution facility. This role combines warehouse operations with forklift operation while ensuring products are handled safely and in compliance with healthcare industry standards.

Important Information
- A personal vehicle is required, as public transit service to this location is limited.

- This is a pharmaceutical warehouse, and all employees must follow strict quality, documentation, and compliance procedures.
- During the first month, training will focus approximately 80% on onboarding, documentation, and compliance and 20% on warehouse operations. Once training is complete, the role transitions primarily to hands-on warehouse work with ongoing compliance training.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Sit-Down Counterbalance, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Power Pallet Jack safely and efficiently.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and organize inbound shipments.
- Pick, stage, pack, label, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Load outbound shipments while ensuring products are handled and secured correctly.
- Perform inventory counts, stock replenishment, product transfers, and returns.
- Complete shipping documentation, trailer inspection reports, and inventory records accurately.
- Handle pharmaceutical and healthcare products in accordance with GMP, GDP, ISO 13485, and Health Canada requirements.
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse storage areas.
- Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures, including proper PPE usage.
- Support additional warehouse duties and continuous improvement initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Valid Counterbalance, Reach Truck, and Order Picker certifications from an accredited training provider.
- Minimum 1–2 years of Canadian warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, or inventory control.
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more and performing warehouse duties throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
